Re GTX 970 in PCIe 30 x8 slot? i have a x570 gaming plus, with R9 3900X, and TUF GTX 1650 super OC running at 30 x8 i have an NVME SSD it is in top slot and even in the bios is says the PCIE_1 is running at x8 although i set it to gen 4 x16 ( i also tried setting it to gen 3 x16, which is the cards specs) but it remains at gen 30 x8I placed this GPU within a small form factor Optiplex 90, in the PCIE x4 slot (as the x16 location doesn't fit a 2 slot card) This does lead to diminished performance;
